We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to sign you in and keep your session active as you move between pages. These are set by our authentication and backend provider, Supabase, and are essential — without them, secure sign-in and account features would not work.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary to provide a service you have asked for, they do not require consent under typical cookie rules.

We may use limited browser storage to support core functionality and security — for example, to maintain your signed-in state and to help protect the platform against misuse. This storage is used only to operate the platform, not to track you across other websites.

When you proceed to buy a downloadable digital toolkit, checkout may be handled by Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad. On its pages, the provider you use may set its own cookies to process your order securely and prevent fraud. Those cookies are controlled by the provider and governed by its own cookie and privacy policies.

This applies only to purchases of downloadable digital toolkits. Therapy sessions, specialist fees and practitioner payments are not processed through Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad.

We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this website, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or track you across other sites. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and introduce appropriate consent controls where required.
